Top Flight from start to finish! Why 5 stars? Service, Service, Service! Car descriptions and photos were good (and accurate). Communications were prompt, professional and friendly. The location was easy to find. The car was waiting for me and ready to test drive. When I returned to collect, it was all ready to go and transfer was quick and efficient. My first drive was a long one and the car performed beautifully. I had had zero contact with this organisation before and had to drive across two counties to collect (my choice). They made the total experience a pleasure. I most certainly would buy another car from this excellent organisation. Why the late review? I do not review car purchases for at least a month so I know the vehicle to be reliable. Seven weeks on, the car is exactly as promised and then some. Thank you Ash Carz in general and thank you Aiesha specifically.
If there had been a lower rating I was definately going to give them, poor communication from the lady, she sold me a car with a lot of problems, called her 30 minutes after buying the car and the stories had started. Wouldn't take the car back, kept insisting I take the car to my car my mechanic and then update her but she kept ignoring my calls. Issue still not yet resolved, don't have a car now because of the scrap that she sold me.
